Beyond Her Limits is a youth-led non-profit. We help young women and girls get access to education, mentors, and the kind of opportunities that don't usually land in their lap. That's the whole idea.

Our mission
Help her get to the room she's been told she doesn't belong in.
Most of the girls we work with don't lack ability. They lack access. Sometimes that means money for school supplies. Sometimes it means someone older who has actually done the thing they want to do, and will sit with them on a Zoom call and explain how.
We try to be that. We're small, and we'd rather stay that way long enough to do it properly than scale before we're ready.
What we actually do
Three things, done properly.
Workshops
Small sessions on the stuff school doesn't usually teach. How to write a personal statement. How to ask for help. How to apply for things you think you're not qualified for.
Access
When money is the only thing in the way, we try to remove it. Books, exam fees, course materials, an extra hour of tutoring. Whatever the actual barrier is, not what we assume it is.
